IT Manager - Institutional Stock Broking Domain (3-10 yrs) (Indsec)

- Work experience as existing IT manager at a stock broking firm is a plus

- Managing currently installed Hardware and Software

- Determine the IT needs of the organization

- Supervise the purchasing, implementation and maintenance of information technology resources

- Configure and install hardware, software and telecommunications systems and equipment.

- Setup and maintain security protocols and disaster recovery systems

- Communicate standards to staff and train employees regarding safe practices for the use of data and systems

- Vendor Management

Specific :

- Windows Server installation, administration

- Monitoring of office communication setup (Leased lines, MPLS, PRI)

- Monitoring Backup and Restore of office data

- Basic Knowledge SQL / Oracle

- Having experience in implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Office 365 and One Drive

- Basic knowledge of Firewall implementation and management

- Monitoring and Maintenance of CCTV and Access Control System
