Technical Architect - MS Dynamics CRM (12-20 yrs) (Teqnirvana)

REQUIREMENTS:

- 10+ years of experience with at least 3 years as a Technical Architect

- Overall minimum of 10 years plus CRM experience

- Minimum 3 years of Technical Architect experience

- Expertise on Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing Module, Sales Navigator, and insights

- Hands-on experience in Microsoft CRM development including creation of standard and custom objects and MS Portals

- Strong functional OOTB knowledge and Strong technical knowledge on Dynamics 365 extension using configuration, SDK, Plugin, JavaScript, HTML, actions, WebAPI

- Must have Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

- Must have Azure Components (Function app, logic app, Azure AD, App service, etc.)

- Strong experience in integrating APIs

- Workflow management experience

- Experience in working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365

- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing

- Strong communication skills for working with and presenting to the business
