Decisions is a meeting management solution for users of Microsoft Teams and the entire suite of Office 365, enabling them to run more productive and engaging meetings. We were named the 3rd Best Overall App in the 2019 Microsoft 365 App Awards. The company is seeking a Technical Lead to join the team full time in our office in Bangalore, being part of our accelerated growth and bringing new innovations to the Decisions product.

Responsibilities:

- We are looking for someone who understands the product development lifecycle, with a solid understanding of mobile development and frontend technologies. As a technical lead, this person will lead the development of the new mobile application and contribute to the core product.

- Additional responsibilities include upholding the continuous delivery process, managing, and writing code, and completing features and bug fixes, while keeping in mind both efficiency and quality. Every team member at Decisions is responsible for quality assurance in each step of their work and for the finished product.

- The ideal candidate will be collaborative, motivated, and customer-centric, and share our vision for making meetings better. This person will be flexible within an agile environment. Knowledge of test automation and a keen desire towards learning/doing automation are necessary.

- Angular 9, RxJS, TypeScript, HTML 5, CSS 3, SASS and Tail wind.

- ASP.NET CORE 3.x Web API and RESTful web services

- Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Graph API

- Azure Services: App Services, Functions, Storage, CDN, Application Insights

- Azure DevOps

- Mobile compile to native frameworks like Flutter, React Native, Xamarin
