Software Agile Project Manager - Scrum Master (6-10 yrs) (Converge Point)

- 5 to 10 years of hands on project management experience

- Must have B.E. in computer sciences

- Must have experience managing atleast 20 to 25 people at any given time

- Must have experience managing multiple projects at the same time

- Must have experience with line facing projects and dealing with teams outside India

- Must be extremely well spoken

- Must have excellent writing skills

- Must have a clear understanding of the sdlc process

- Must have extensive knowledge of agile methodology scrum and devops

- Must have experience preparing for Sprint's running sprints and conducting Sprint reviews

- Must have been experience ensuring that Sprint's are completed on time

- Must have experience conducting daily huddles and managing

- Must have experience with project management tools as specifically Azure Devops

- Must be extremely familiar with project management methodologies

- Must have knowledge of latest deployment methodologies including cicd (continuous improvement continuous deployment)

- Must have experience introducing best practices in deployment

- Must have experience working with external-facing clients and projects

- Must be able to manage all priorities on all four products

- Must be able to work closely with the support team in the US and be able to address every open ticket

- Must be able to juggle resources on a dynamic basis

- Must have experience managing both development teams and QA teams

- Must have experience building best practices in the organization and the processes

- Must have experience bullying processes and enforcing processes

- Must be extremely detail-oriented and be very efficient with time management

- Must ensure that all projects including products owned by the project manager our daily work on time and within budget

- Must have experience with tracking performance and resource usage of everyone reporting into the role

- Must have had experience onboarding new team members with a structured onboarding process

- Must enforce code optimization add code review for all products

- Must be familiar with QA automation

- Any experience with hiring is a plus

- Must have experience creating and tracking all documentation
