Job Description :
1. Experience in configuring and managing heterogeneous multi domain environment with hands on experience in troubleshooting elevated queries.
2. Manage, monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server 2012/16/19, Hyper-V & VMware independently.
3. Software & Hardware installation, maintenance, up gradation and troubleshooting of Windows 7/10, windows server 2012/19, MS SQL Server 2012/2017, IIS, Visual Studio 2015/17.
4. Understanding and troubleshooting of ADS, GPO, DNS, DHCP, WDS/WSUS, SCCM
5. Hands on experience in Hardware troubleshooting must have worked with Dell Power Edge Server, RAID configuration.
6. Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems, including windows server and client operating systems, MSDN and range of software applications.
7. Good understanding of TCP/IP protocol, IP addressing, strong networking concept, system security, audit & compliance.
8. Monitor Servers performance, availability & security, implement Server & network security policy.
9. Experience in troubleshooting elevated Desktop queries, backup & recovery, troubleshooting Shared & NTFS Permissions.
10. Experience in security related issues, Cybersecurity awareness, Zero Trust security, Ransomware, Endpoint detection and response, Phishing, Data leakage.
11. Knowledge of Office 365, Auto Pilot, Intune & Azure cloud server management.
12. Good communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with technical and non - technical colleagues.
13. Familiarity & working knowledge of excel is must.
- Excellent troubleshooting skill with ability to manage and troubleshoot elevated windows server, Hyper-V, VMware, AV and client queries.
- Hardware and software Installation, configuration, troubleshooting Dell Power Edge server, EMC Storage, raid configuration.
- Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Windows server 2012/2019, SQL Server 2012/2017, Visual Basic & .net application, Hyper-V, VMware.
- Configuring and troubleshooting DNS/DHCP/WDS/WSUS/SCCM/AV & GPOs.
- Manage and troubleshoot windows server and client operating systems and related hardware and software applications.
- Monitor network services, check logs and audit management.
- Responsible for routine server & LAN administration, maintenance, troubleshooting identifying security risk and compliance issues.
- Backup and restoration of server, VM, file/folders.
- Responsible for monitoring performance and conformance to standards, work ethics, company policies and professional conduct.
- Knowledge & experience of networking concepts/ technologies and system security.
- Security conscious, knowledge and experience of Cyber reason, Cylance.
- Knowledge of Office 365 stack, Intune, share point, SCCM.
- Capable of working independently, good team player, analytical mind.
Educational Qualification : Graduate
Technical Qualification : MCSE, VM Ware certified preferred.
Experience : Minimum 6 to 10 years as L3/4 service engineer.
