IT Manager - CRM Dynamics Lead (4-6 yrs) (RDI)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Sound product knowledge of CRM DYNAMICS 2015 /2016 / 365

- Functional skills in Customer Servicing Domain

- Should have experience of customizing workflow, ribbon, business rule

- Knowledge of deploying batch services, web services, plugins

- Preference will be given to On Premise Dynamics experience

- Knowledge of creating custom designed solutions & integration of CRM with 3rd party services.

- Ensuring a high level of quality of documentation and processes in the Critical/ High Issues.

- Possess good product knowledge to identify opportunities to increase product benefits.

- Issue reporting and handling as per defined TAT.

Reconciliation and Dashboard preparation.

- Project Management

- Vendor Management

- Team Management

B. MEASURE OF SUCCESS

- Quality of the entire process.

- TAT following.

- Functionality of the requirements.

C. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

- B. Tech/MBA/B.SC IT.

- Knowledge of guidelines to get the process done.

- Insurance Knowledge is preferred.

- 4-6 years of experience in MS CRM Dynamics

D. SKILLS REQUIRED

- Software Design & Maintenance

- Analytical skills

- Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience

- Good Communication skills.
