- OneDrive Synchronization application troubleshooting
- Outlook Configuration using POP IMAP
- Understanding of O365 suite and environment troubleshooting experience
- Understanding of O365 capabilities, Plan, service descriptions and features
- Understanding of O365 Intune
- BlackBerry/Good and Mobility
- Knowledge on Azure Administration
- Network Connectivity, File Restores
- Cisco/Avaya/Jabber telecommunication
- Mainframes (ACF2/RACF), UNIX, Oracle,
- Access Management Support-High Risk Terminations / Temporary account Disablement,
