Job Description:

- Configure and install Dynamics AX and provide technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions to client problems.

- Apply strong communication skills to interact with clients to determine and understand their requirements.

- Write technical specifications based on customer requirements.

- Utilize knowledge of AX implementation process to enhance and customize Dynamics AX based on customer requirements.

- Enhance Dynamics AX reports by applying knowledge of SSRS.

- Integrate Dynamics AX using AIF and/or AX Business Connector.

- Manage a team of Technical Analysts/Consultants by reviewing technical design documents, code, assist the Technical Analysts to write performance optimized code by showing examples of high-performance programming, and provide guidance.

- The Technical Manager is responsible for supervising Technical Analysts/Consultants who are responsible for conducting technical analysis and requirements gathering, writing technical specifications for review and approval, and testing scripts.

- The Technical Manager will review and approve technical specifications conducted by Technical Analysts and ensure that assignments are completed in accordance with customer requirements and schedule.

- The Technical Manager will utilize our internal Key Performance Indicator (KPI) program to review that subordinate employees are performing their duties as described and to evaluate and make recommendations to improve future employee performance.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in implementing large scale Dynamics 365 F&O &/ or AX 2012

- Preferably in a techno-functional role

- Worked on at least 2 - End to End implementations for Dynamics 365 F&O/AX

- Should have good understanding on business processes, technical know-hows of implementation and Sure-Step methodology
