Job description - IT Lead

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+ yrs

Responsibilities :

- Establish and support a minimum, baseline hardware and software standards

- Develop Service Level Agreements (SLA) concerning infrastructure services to all members

- Make the information about the availability and reliability of the IT infrastructure available to the community on a regular basis

- Leverage existing, emerging, and innovative technologies to enhance, improve, and streamline IT processes

- Meet or exceed member's requirements for technology service delivery
