Job Description:

Work Location - Gurgaon/ Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- Must have implementation knowledge with MS Dynamics CRM

- Ability to do configuration in Dynamics 365 such as creation of fields, entities, workflows, Business process flows, forms, security roles, profiles.

- Must have the knowledge on customization like write plugin, html code and java scripts.

- Must understand the technical details & identify the doable & not doable quickly.

- Customizing objects (Forms, Classes, Data Dictionary and Reports etc.)

- Actively involved in the integration projects and third-party products.

- Prepare installation/ configuration and documentation.

- Develop data migration programs.

- SQL Server - working knowledge of designing/ developing SSRS custom reports/ dashboard, specifically with Dynamics CRM entities.

- Design, develop, test and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 Solutions.

- Develop/maintain plug-ins, workflows and web services of MS Dynamics CRM as needed.

- Research complex problems find optimal solutions and implement them considering best practices.

- Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and evaluating business processes against the standard CRM functionality, related customizations, configuration, and reports to model the client's organizational process.

- Advise stakeholders on best practices for Dynamics CRM/365, development or integration processes.

- Knowledge in .Net and related technologies

- Troubleshoot problems and fix bugs in a timely manner.

- Working knowledge of D365 CRM Apps, Azure

Additional Information

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

- At least 8 to 10 years of technical experience implementing Dynamics CRM/365 on-premise and online solutions.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies C#, ASP.NET, MVC.

- Certifications in MS Dynamics CRM, and .NET as well as other Microsoft technologies desirable.

- Experience of working with C#/.NET applications, working experience with SDK, Plugin, Action, Custom workflow, Web resources (Javascript, Html, etc).

- Experience with Dynamics CRM/D365 data migrations.

- Development experience with other related technologies such as SSIS, SharePoint, Reporting Services (SSRS) or PowerBI.

- Development experience with Dynamics 365 Portals would be beneficial.

- Working experience of integration with other system.

- Ability to work effectively in both an independent and team environments.

- Comfortable working in a scrum team.

- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills with client handling exposure.

Required Qualification: Btech (CSE/ IT)
