The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer is responsible for the full project life cycle of solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 online platform. The Developer will coordinate with Information Technology staff and End Users on requested Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizations, and will review the technical requirements to design, test, implement, and maintain a solution. Responsible for full lifecycle management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions

- Custom UI design and form modification to streamline data entry

- Business logic design and development

- Write and maintain documentation for solutions and systems

- Participate in execution and documentation of tests ensuring that an application or architecture meets agreed Quality standards

- Respond to issues from end users and perform maintenance of existing systems

- Experienced with both front end and back end development

- Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

To perform the essential functions of this position successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies :

- Experience implementing and supporting D365 Customer Service and Sales modules required

- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and/or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

- Experience managing large technology projects

- Experience with relevant object-oriented programming languages, such as C# or C++

- Experience with relevant web development languages, especially HTML and JavaScript

- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external data sources using RESTful API's and XML

- Experience analyzing and optimizing business workflows

- Experience building and managing Dynamics365 systems and solutions

- Familiarity building and debugging SQL queries

- Familiarity with accessibility technology solutions (PREFERRED)

- Excellent written communication skills

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent professional experience

- 6+ Years of full stack development

- Experience in a Dynamics 365 application development role of 5+ years with progressing responsibility

- Excellent troubleshooting skills Proficiency in C# .NET, Java script, Angular, JQuery, HTML, CSS, ASP.Net, REST, & SQL Server

- Certifications such as the Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PREFERRED)

- Ability to communicate effectively with business users directly

- Understand of P&C insurance or Payroll Services a plus
