Job Requirements :
- 7-8 Years of experience managing delivery of services in an outsourced/offshored environment. International cross-culture exposure and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.

- Experience on O365 operations (incident/problem management).
- People leadership experience.
- Experience with O365, specifically Teams, PowerBI, Power Apps, PowerAutomate, Stream, Planner, and other.
