- Participate in business discussions with Business Owners to analyse and design Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical solutions.
- Solution Implementation Planning and Plan with testing.
- Define and evaluate the non-functional/technical requirements for each business process in your work stream.
- Collaborate on the creation of application requirements and fit/gap analysis.
- Write technical specifications and collaborate with the functional team to ensure functional and technical requirements are understood and well defined.
- Document the system extensions, integrations and prepare project documentation deliverables.
- Support key-users in system integration acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with implementation partner around the definition and implementation of system integrations.
- Solve technical issues encountered, raising to Microsoft support as required
- Strong knowledge of Data Migration and creation of new Legal Entity with duplicating the masters in the new Legal Entity.
- Possess sound knowledge of Integration with Banks for API's and transfer of various files for Advance Bank Reconciliation and related.
- Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Journal & Cash Bank Module under F&O of Navision AX/MS D365.
- Sound knowledge of accounts and finance which will help to understand business requirements.
About you:
- Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.
- Minimum 3 years- experience designing and developing extensions/customisations for Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations/Dynamics AX solutions
- Possess sound consulting skills of Finance and Operations with 1-3 years client facing experience with an implementation partner.
- Strong knowledge of channel, shipper and payment gateway integration process.
- End to end implementation of Advance Warehousing Solution and POS implementation of D365.
Education Qualification and Certification:-
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related subject.
Work Experience:
- 4 to 6 years of experience on Microsoft D365 - F&O implementation & support
- Experience on stakeholder management
