IT Manager - ERP & EPC Solutions (8-15 yrs) (Experion Developers Private Limited)

- Deploy Microsoft Online Services i.e. Office 365 email solutions

- Deploy and manage organization ERP and EPC solutions

- Perform daily backup operations. Ensure all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to appropriate media, recovery tapes/ disks are created, media is recycled and sent off site as necessary

- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions

- Create, change and delete user account per request

- Provide access rights on file sever per request; for internet connections

- Provide IT support per request across functions, and top mgmt. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.

- Provide video-conferencing support

- Coordinate with IT support staff

- Support repair and recovery from hardware or software failures

- Contribute to and maintain system standards

- Apply server patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure/ add new services as necessary.
