Who are we looking for?
- Must have in-depth knowledge and working experience of Office 365 Roles and Permissions
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint, SMTP Mail Flow, Anti-Spam, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), MS-Teams, and Power Shell Cmdlet Scripting
- Must have knowledge of email Archiving, Data Loss Protection (DLP), eDiscovery, and Retention Policies and Tags
- Must have knowledge of O365 Admin Center and know how to utilize it to conduct necessary actions to support, administer, and troubleshoot O365 issues
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Directory Synchronization, WAP, Azure Active Directory, Rights Management Services (RMS), Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft Azure cloud platform, and TCP/IP and LAN / WAN networking
- Worked on EMS Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) concepts is a plus. Work with partners to trouble-shoots, diagnose, and resolve issues. Provide your technical expertise in
finding the root cause of the problems and preventative actions
- Provides clear oral and written communication of change activity and outage events to peers and senior leadership within the organization
- Ensure Backup & Recovery procedures & policies are in place and implemented O365 infrastructure
- Drive efficiency and reduce the Operating cost of the Infrastructure
- Good Understanding of Disaster Recovery planning, Resilience, High availability features of Office365
- Demonstrated competency in Office365 infrastructure management, voice and video
- Familiarity with VMWare and SAN management and concepts What will you be doing?
- As a Lead Engineer Information Technology, you will maintain Production and cloud Infrastructure equipment inventory and manage hardware life-cycle.
- Responsible to provide support as per the defined SLAs independently. Execute procedures and activities in accordance with audit guidelines. Implement and follow security policies. Ensures that the timelines are met for all activities
- Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments
- Responsible for server, storage, network, security, monitoring hardware, software and services of Production environment; ensuring they are optimized for availability, stability, integrity, performance and scalability
- Proactively maintain and develop all infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service
- Understands that spending quality time reviewing, and monitoring team efforts and outputs is very critical for success
As People Manager :
- Create an individual development plan in a timely manner and work towards ensuring learning intervention is achieved
- Coach people on their areas of strength and talent of the people and Continuously provide informal and formal performance feedback
