Job Description :

- Windows 10,8.1,7 Troubleshooting and patch updates.

- Windows 2008,2012 Services Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy,

- SAMBA Domain controller(Basic).

- Office 365 Exchange Cloud Basis or Microsoft exchange server 2012 ( 100% knowledge required).

- Linux(Ubuntu, Cent OS, Debian, Fedora)-Intermediate Level.

- Firewall (FortiGate 80 D/100 D/200 D, Cisco ASA) - Intermediate Level.

- End User Support .

- Laptop and desktop, ISP's, Servers (HP ProLiant) Hardware trouble shooting knowledge.

- Experience any enterprise related Wi-Fi(Ubiquiti or Aruba).

- Windows and Linux AD Level trouble shooting, data backup( full, incremental).

- MacAfee end point security (Patches, security, Upgradation) and troubleshooting skills.

- Cisco any connect remote VPN, Check point VPN client and its troubleshooting .

- VMware - Basic troubleshooting, Installation, configuration (L1 Support).

- Solaris knowledge (Basic commands, Installation).

Education :

- B.Tech/M.Tech/B.E/M.E in CS/ CSE/ IT
