Active Directory L3 Engineer - IT Disaster Recovery (8-12 yrs) (Collabera)

Intended Technical & Non-Technical Skills :

- Excellent knowledge on Active Directory (architecture, design, disaster recovery, troubleshooting, and RMS) 2003/2008/2012, DNS and DHCP.

- Hands on experience of Active Directory Federation Services and Directory Synchronization.

- Deep Technical expertise on Exchange Server 2007, 2010 and Exchange 2013.

- Hands-On expertise on Office 365: Exchange Online Administration, Configuration, Deployment and Troubleshooting

- In-depth knowledge of messaging Systems, architecture expertise and Email Routing.

- Good understanding of cluster technology on Exchange 2013/2016.

- Good understanding of Active Directory with regards to Exchange.

- Knowledge on O365 Management & Administration.

- Knowledge on ADFS & Directory Sync

- Maintain appropriate documentation on the Microsoft Office 365 Environment.

- Participate in weekend maintenance/project activities, whenever required.

- Must have a minimum of 7 years working experience and intimate proficiency with Microsoft Exchange 2007, 2010 administration and troubleshooting in large scale multi-site environment

- Must have knowledge of Power shell scripting

- Must have skills of deploying Office 365 in large Enterprise environment

- Excellent Knowledge in Exchange online Security Logs auditing

- Troubleshooting issues by checking Exchange online logs and Window Events logs

- Excellent customer service and telephone skills, and experience in a professional service environment.

- Must have Good Verbal and written communications skills.

- Must have very strong troubleshooting/Problem solving skills.

- Compile and publish daily, weekly, monthly report as requested by the clients.

- Knowledge on HA & DR - NLB - CAS array setup.

- Knowledge on Archiving using 3rd party tools.

- Should have knowledge on Spam Control concepts.

- Knowledge on TLS connector & Encryption.

- Knowledge on Mail Journaling.

- Knowledge on SPAM filters - Knowledge on Trend Micro IMSVA & IMHS.

- Installing, configuring, managing, operating and maintaining Exchange 2013 server systems with Clusters.

- Knowledge on Exchange Server 2013 Virtualization/Consolidation/Cloud - Design and Implementation Experience.

- Knowledge on SAN/Storage skills.

- Knowledge on Backup Management Experience for Exchange server platforms.

- Knowledge and support on AD, DNS, Monitoring and Reporting.

- Configuring virtualization infrastructure network and managing the changes.

- Exchange 2013 server management tools and best practices implementations.

- Vendor Coordination and meetings.

- Designing, planning and executing migration plans and system upgrades.

- In-depth understanding of windows architecture and troubleshooting experience with the ability to analyze technical problems to prevent future occurrence.

- Knowledge on Microsoft Licensing O365.
