Purpose of the role : Accountable for Heading the IT ERP large business critical applications. Will be responsible build the enterprise application strategy, implementation of projects, ensure change management, testing management and communications management for the projects to deliver the business results. Direct and in-direct ERP teams report to this positions.

Key Responsibility Areas :
1. Implementation & Management of ERP - MS Dynamics ( 2012 / D365) & MS CRM
- Manage and deliver large and complex ERP engagements to identify design, and implement creative business and technology solutions
- Oversee all technology operations (e.g. ERP Road-map) and evaluate them according to established goals.
- Ongoing management of the MS 365 Dynamics/Ax 2012
2. Implementation of other Applications like business, logistics, operations etc
- Able to design other enterprise applications for logistics, operations, business operation etc.
- Evaluate different applications along with business and decide out of various technologies
- Implement complex application architecture and ensure integration of all system
3. Database management and Business Intelligence
- Responsible for Implementation of Business intelligence
- Manage MS SQL Server databases
- Responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of MS SQL server databases
- Proactively monitor the Database system's health and performance to ensure secure services with minimum downtime
- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
- Understanding the cloud enabled technologies and the required integration with the ERP systems.
4. Enterprise level project & technology management
- Decide the various technologies which need to be deployed
- Manage various phases of project management including initiating, planning, execution, monitoring & control and closure
- Manage full life cycle enterprise application implementations with end-to-end responsibility for program management
- Manage team and partner to delivery the project on time
- Engagement experience over multiple end-to-end implementations by involving the function leaders for change management. Acumen to correctly interpret trends, patterns from available data and formulate effective strategies and actions in achieving program/project objectives.
Education : Must Have - B.Tech / MBA additional preferred
Type of Exposure/Expertise : Experience on Point of Sale environment preferred. MS Dynamics / D 365 / Other Business Application handling exp like Loigistics, operations, etc. Project Management Experience
CTC Range - 40-50L
