ERP Functional Analyst - Finance Domain (6-8 yrs) (Vandy Creation)

We are looking for ERP Functional Analyst - Finance to work on the projects of a Australian Product development company.

Job Description Summary :

The successful candidate will work closely with business users in multiple geographies to understand their challenges, key objectives then design and consult on solutions with best approach.

The person will be responsible for implementation and support of Finance & Accounting processes, including but not limited to: General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit and collections, Budgeting, Production Accounting, 24 - 7, D365 for Finance and Operations and MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3 ERP applications.

The person will be responsible for capturing requirements, functional analysis, designing, testing, implementing solutions with 2nd and 3rd line support, whilst also assisting with the planning and rollout of the global template across other entities.

Job Requirements :

- Strong knowledge and working experience on General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash management, AP, AR, Inventory, Intercompany, Consolidation, Project Accounting, Production Accounting in D365 F&O and AX2012.

- Knowledge of SCM area, Costing, Budgeting Module is desirable

- Stay current on product capabilities to implement new feature/functions

- Domain experience in Finance & Accounts Department will be plus

- Organize and Conduct Workshops, Business Process Study, Requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and delivery teams.

- Create solutions using D365 F&O / AX add-ins such as Office Add-ins and applications such as PowerApps, Power BI and Azure

- Work with development team to translate functional inputs, test and setup solutions on SIT and Production environments

- Work closely with Solution Architect to conceive high level solution and document them into relevant deliverable documents like Solution Design Document, Functional Specifications etc.

- Ensure high level of ERP best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configuration/ customizations

- Effective communication skills and ability to work closely with business and functional resources to develop sustainable business solutions with support experience.

- A demonstrated logical approach to problem solving and structured approach to introducing change into operational systems

- Candidate must be willing to work varied hours, supporting Australian and United States business hours with on-call support

Qualifications :

- CA/MBA/M. Com/B. Com/BA or any other equivalent graduation education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.

- Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 /AX 2012 and its architecture

- An industry experience, specialization is plus

Experience:

- Have minimum 6+ years of consulting experience in Finance implementation & Support in AX2012/ D365 FO ERP

- A knowledge of best practices in Finance, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Taxation area of

specialization/vertical

- Working experience in highly dynamic, multi region, multi production facility organization will be plus

- Good team player with good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills coupled with ability to

- Hands-on knowledge working in Agile methodology, Life Cycle Services, DIXF and Security roles

- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.

- Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
