- Leading, building and developing a team of IT Managers and individual contributors.
- Provide management direction and leadership regarding AXAPTA 2012 (POWER) solution planning, AXAPTA 2012 (POWER) analysis, AXAPTA 2012 (POWER) design, AXAPTA 2012 (POWER) System Development, AXAPTA 2012 (POWER) testing, and maintenance and modification of the AXAPTA 2012 (POWER) system.
- Managing AXAPTA 2012 (POWER) support and operations, ensure SLAs and various service and performance indicators are met.
- Responsible as a senior operational escalation point for AXAPTA 2012 (POWER) service performance issues and crisis management.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Active member of the IT ERP Competency Center team. Collectively defining ERP Strategy, roadmap and project portfolios.
- Provide management direction and leadership regarding AXAPTA 2012 (POWER) solution planning, AXAPTA 2012 (POWER) analysis, AXAPTA 2012 (POWER) design, AXAPTA 2012 (POWER) System Development, AXAPTA 2012 (POWER) testing, and maintenance and modification of the AXAPTA 2012 (POWER) system.
- Leading, building and developing a team of IT Managers and individual contributors. Developing leadership skills within the team. Living the cultural qualities, we want to see in our teams.
- Leading the AXAPTA 2012 (POWER) delivery tracks and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and meeting business expectations.
- Managing AXAPTA 2012 (POWER) support and operations, ensure SLAs and various service and performance indicators are met. Responsible as a senior operational escalation point for AXAPTA 2012 (POWER) service performance issues and crisis management
- Responsible for senior relationships with our key suppliers, running supplier performance reviews and acting as escalation point for performance issues.
Experience :
- A senior IT leadership role with similar breadth and responsibilities with a Global multinational
- Experience in information systems, applications - including AXAPTA and project management, preferably in the regulated life science industry.
- Management of multiple full implementation cycles of AXAPTA 2012 / Dynamics 365 in a global environment required.
- Management experience in large, distributed IT organizations directing application development and support.
- Functional and technical expertise in AXAPTA 2012 business processes and model (Sales, Distribution, Finance, Manufacturing, RA/QA).
- 18+ years of work experience.
- Ability to work with globally located, culturally diverse teams
- Strong English language skills
