Position: Dynamics CRM Consultant/ Lead

Summary:

- Infinite Computing Systems, is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM lead. The candidate will possess the necessary skills and capabilities to be the lead of a new group involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM online implementations.

- This key role for us requires a technology driven individual with strong consulting experience with a proven record of successful delivery of solutions leveraging Microsoft CRM for mid-market and enterprise clients. Additionally, it requires the ability to lead, manage, build and deliver results on small, medium and large size projects.

- Implementation and delivery could range multiple types of businesses and industries, multiple size project teams, and often dealing with custom development and integrations with the enterprise level applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Research and Development, the duties and responsibilities of the CRM Tech Lead include:

- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

- Develop and maintain a platform roadmap.

- Customize the system to meet the business needs of the company.

- Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.

- Assist with deployment and provisioning activities.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience with software development, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

Core Competency Requirements:

- Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM

- Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organizations

- Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities

- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes

- Demonstrated proficiency in using the either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms.

- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#

- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments

- Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment

- Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders

- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes

Preferred Competency Requirements:

- Experience with supporting Microsoft products (SQL Server, SharePoint, IIS, Lync)

- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

- Experience working on an agile development team.

Travel requirement :

- Base Location : Mumbai

- Occasional Travel to Infinite's/Client's Global offices maybe required.
