Solution Architect - Microsoft Azure Cloud Services (12-15 yrs) (Tech-Soul)

This role defines what is needed to be done to implement Microsoft solutions, using written and verbal communication skills to scope, assemble, and propose solutions. This is a hands-on role that can manage, facilitate, and coordinate execution of proposed solutions into fruition.

This role is primarily responsible for overseeing both the technical and managerial aspects of an IT department and to plan, direct, and coordinate the design, installation, and connectivity of computer systems. This includes developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing solutions.

Technical/Professional Expertise :

Advanced knowledge and understanding of core Microsoft technologies and services including :

- Microsoft Azure Cloud Services

- Single Sign On (SSO)

- Azure AD

- Office 365 & other suits available in market

- Windows Servers - 2012, 2016 & 2019

- Linux OS - Ubuntu/SUSE/RHEL

- Shell/Perl/Python scripting languages

- IT Infrastructure Architecture

- Broad knowledge and understanding of Microsoft technologies and services;

- MEM/SSPR/MFA & Cloud Management Gateway

- Microsoft Teams, Yammer & Functions

- System Center (SCCM, SCSM)

- Cloud Terminologies - IaaS, PaaS & SaaS, Security & Governance

- Knowledge of Terraform and Ansible automation tools

Knowledge and experience with IT Controls such as :

- ITIL

- CoBIT & COSO

Certifications :

- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE or similar)

- Azure Administrator (AZ103) or Azure Solution Architect (AZ300)

- AWS - Solution Architect

- Project Management

- Rotational shift - either 13:30 - 22:30 hrs IST or 17:00 - 02:00 hrs IST

- Excellent communication & written skill

- Handled international clients - US/UK or Canada
