Job Summary : Provide technical support for Office 365 and email gateway solution. Train and mentor other team members to assist with Office 365 SharePoint support and administration.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities :
- Resolve and act as escalation and coordination point for Teams incidents and problems related to escalations from service desk and performs root cause analysis
- Service Health monitoring using MS 365 console and actively respond based on system alerts and notifications
- Requirements gathering for design, development and deployment of a platform or product ensuring adequate resiliency
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and deliver Microsoft cloud solutions on Azure and Office 365 platforms
- Design and implement organization-wide Single Sign-On solution integration
- Test, troubleshoot and work independently to resolve both customer issues and systemic problems
- Coordinate and collaborate with business application stakeholders and infrastructure teams to ensure successful upgrades, installations, or integration activities
- Apply understanding of the company's general business functions and systems to determine impact of system changes to the business and vice versa
- PowerShell scripting knowledge within Office 365 / Azure AD / Teams / SharePoint
- Mailbox restoration and review of litigation, security alerts
- Ensures that work complies with the organizations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Infrastructure Change Control process, policies, standards and procedures
- Able to function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on OneDrive & Teams support and operations
Work with partners to trouble-shoots, diagnose and resolve issues. Provide your technical expertise in finding root cause
Education And Experience :
- Should have 2+ years' experience in managing 0365 for more than 15K end-users in a multi-location environment
- Must have in-depth knowledge and working experience of Office 365 Roles and Permissions
- Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, SMTP Mail Flow, Anti-Spam, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), and Power Shell Cmdlet Scripting Policies and Tags
- Must have knowledge of O365 Admin Center and know how to utilize it to conduct necessary
- Must have knowledge of email Archiving, Data Loss Protection (DLP), eDiscovery, and Retention
- actions to support, administer, and troubleshoot O365 issues
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Directory Synchronization, WAP, Azure Active Directory, Rights Management Services (RMS), Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft Azure cloud platform, and TCP/IP and LAN / WAN networking
- Worked on EMS Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) concepts is a plus
- Ensure Backup & Recovery procedures & policies are in place and implemented O365 infrastructure
- Drive efficiency and reduce the Operating cost of the Infrastructure
- Good Understanding of Disaster Recovery planning, Resilience, High availability features of Office365
- Knowledge of Authorization & Authentication in Microsoft environment and experience with Azure AD including Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
