Required Skills :

- 8+ years of technical experience with Hybrid Office 365 environment, primarily with Voice Infrastructure.

- Must have provided Level 3 support for Cloud Connector Edition (CCE) with Skype for Business Online - Cloud PBX with On-Premise PSTN Connectivity (Greenfied Deployment)

 - Understanding of AudioCodes SBC integration with CCE

- Understanding of SIP Trunks

- Proficient Knowledge of Signaling and Media Protocols like SIP/RTP

- Understanding of Codecs used by Skype and Microsoft Teams for encoding media traffic

- Understanding of Media Traversal Concepts such as ICE, STUN and TURN

- Understanding of Media Relay Concepts like MRAS and TRAP

- Experience with troubleshooting voice calls on Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams Client

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills required

Desired Skills :

- Basic understanding of VOIP/IP-PBX Infrastructure with Cisco Unified Communications Manager Session Management Edition Gateway (SMEs) and Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)

- Basic understanding of legacy PBX T1/E1 Trunk Lines

- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS and SMTP

- Must able to interpret traffic flow by looking at Architecture Diagrams
