Profile : CRM Technical consultant/ CRM Developer

Job Description :

- As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you are responsible exclusively for development and implementation of Dynamics 365 related projects.

- Perform assigned project tasks with minimal supervision.

- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner and develop strong working relationships with clients.

- Dynamics CRM SDK.

- Desire to learn and grow.

- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

- Ability to share knowledge and train lower level staff.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the design, architecture and development of large and/or complex application systems.

- Configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application.

- Generate technical documentation.

- Defines application components, platforms, interfaces, and development tools

- Knowledge of Dynamics Sales, Marketing, and others.

Requirements :

- The candidate should have good knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integration development, Reporting, Dashboards, and Web Resources.

- Should have a strong background is the planning, designing, installing, configuring, and customizing of Dynamics CRM solutions, following best practices of the platform.

- Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML and SQL Server, including plugins, scripting and form creation, CRM Web API, REST/OData and SOAP endpoints.

- Development experience with plugins and scripts are a must.

- Significant knowledge, setting up and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM online with O365

- Understanding of the Dynamics 365 CRM data model, designing, creating, customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM solution using both core CRM capabilities as well as custom XRM solution(s)

- Experience with Flow and Common Data Model

- Building applications on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals is an added advantage
