CRM Technical Consultant - MS Dynamics (1-7 yrs) (Dynamics Square)

Profile :

- We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant with solid expertise in configuring and extending Dynamics CRM and/or Dynamics 365.

- You are eager to apply your skills and experience in our delivery and/or advisory engagements. You will work with our customers who are implementing or considering a Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 implementation.

Main Responsibilities :

Dynamics CRM configuration :

- Design and implement Business Units and Security Roles

- Configure Users and Teams

- Create and configure custom entities, including standard and activity entities

- Design, create and configure relationships between entities

- Create and configure Views, Charts, Forms, Dashboards for both system and custom entities

- Create and implement custom workflows, plugins, actions

- Implement Field Security and Access Team Templates

Dynamics CRM customization :

- Understand the Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK

- Design, create and configure Solutions

- Use form scripting methods

- Design and develop modifications or extensions to standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM

- Design and develop web applications on top of Dynamics CRM

Dynamics CRM technical advisory :

- Provide technical input in creating specifications when customizations or extensions to Microsoft Dynamics are needed (Solutions)

- Support data mapping and master data import (standard CRM API)

- Support the migration of customer data sources (migration and integration)

- Provide support and expertise on development technologies and environments

- Provide work estimates that allow prioritization and assignments

Education/Experience :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or relevant experience.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in MS Dynamics projects with demonstrated ability to configure, develop and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM
