Job Description :

- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013/2015 and Know-How of D365 CE. New features in D365.

- Experience in Advanced Customization, Plugins, Custom CRM workflows, Javascript, Odata -

- Experience in CRM development on Sales, Customer Service & Marketing Module

- WCF/Web-services, Web APIs, XML coding

- SQL Server, SSIS, Experience in data mapping, data cleansing, and data enrichment for data migration.

- SQL Querying & experience in SQL staging based migrations to CRM

- System integration experience with third party systems

- Experienced in Dynamics D365 integrations with back-office applications using rest-API/web-services & Azure middleware components like Azure service bus, Azure logic apps, Azure functions, web jobs, etc.

- Experience in integration with telephony, SMS & third-party email gateways

- Experience in online D365 administration through office portal, power platform, Azure portal

- Experience in Exposing D365 for external reporting & help design enterprise reporting strategy.
