MS Dynamics 365 - Solution Architect (PSA/ Project Operations)

Job Type : Fulltime

Experience : 5-7 years

- At least 5+ years years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) with strong technical and client facing skills.

- Hands on experience on PSA and Project Operations is must

- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, knowledge on other Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products.

- Dynamics 365 in Online & On-Premise implementations and environments and prior versions.

- Providing highly available, scalable Dynamics 365 architecture

- Hands on experience in C#.Net, Java Script, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit & SSRS

- Experience in MS CRM & 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools/ API's (REST, ODATA WebAPI's) /SSIS packages.

- Desirable technical experience includes hands-on expertise in several of the following Microsoft products: Azure Solution development, SQL, Power BI, Logic Apps etc.

- Experience in using Azure services for integration, Power Apps and Power Automate for upstream/downstream systems integrations.

- Experience in data migration - data analysis, data mappings, data harmonization using OOB and third-party tools

- Experienced in reporting architecture, with SSRS and knowledge on Power BI.

- Experience in Agile methodologies

- Outstanding ability in developing strategic ongoing customer relationships, gaining trust of stakeholders and respect for the company through technical leadership.

- Should have good problem solving and analytical skills.

- Be accountable for solution delivery and technical leadership.

- Good Communication Skills in English both written and spoken. Ability to interact with a global audience of customers, partners and a global team

- Ability to identify technical risks before they occur and to develop mitigation and avoidance strategies

- Strong experience in offshore/onsite working model and working with different geographies and culture

Qualifications :

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent work experience

- Certifications and/or experience Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform would be desirable

- Certifications and/or experience in Agile Delivery and DevOps would be desirable.
