Tech Support Administrator - Office 365/CDN (4-5 yrs) (imdNEXT Consulting Services)

We are looking for a System and Support Engineer for an Australian MNC for New Delhi Location.

Experience : 4+ years

Required Skills :

- Server performance optimization

- Server load Management

- CDN setup

- SSL setup & installation

- FTP,SSH,FTPS, phpMyAdmin, CLI.

- WAMP, XAMP

- Apache NGINX

- Password Management

- Basic knowledge of php, Mysql & Wordpress

- Malware scanning of website using tools

- Defend website against hacks and DDoS attacks with WAF

- Email setup and manage - Office365 and GSuite

- DNS setup and management

- Website uptime monitoring

- Website migration

- Understanding of various protocols (i.e. DNS, DHCP, NTP) and proxies (i.e. web proxies)

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Manage cloud Server, WHM, C-Panel

- Website Performance Management

- Manage Internal computer System

- Give Support to internal team

- Deploy Websites to server

- Create staging URL for sites

- Security Management

- Manage Domains

- Manage other third party accounts

- knowledge of system hardware

- Knowledge of SQL queries

Skills (Good to have):

- Working experience of aws/ azure is an added advantage

- Knowledge of GIT/SVN/Bitbucket

- Zoho One, ManageWP, Watchful

- Atlassian Jira

- Devops, CI/CD
