Mandatory Skills
- At least 2 years' of experience in leading a RPA Development team using Automation Anywhere platform
- At least 2-4 years of experience in design, development, testing and deployment of bots using Automation Anywhere
- Strong working experience in RPA lifecycle & Process Maturity Model
- Strong technical background dealing with Automation Anywhere spreadsheet manipulation, database navigation, handling basic automation scenarios
- Strong experience in integrating automation tools OCR, Web Recorder for existing robots
- Strong working experience in automating complex RPA processes involving integration with multiple systems, departments & regions
- Strong experience in creating technical documentation for RPA
- Good experience in coaching team members on RPA best practices, development standards and technological advancements
- Working experience in SQL Server 2012 or higher
- Good understanding of core Enterprise IT topics (e.g. Active Directory, Exchange, Networking, Azure, Office 365)
- Desired experience in client-side communications using SOAP, WCF, REST APIs
- Good experience over Object Oriented Programming principles
- Good experience in Design Patterns such as Factory, Abstract Factory, Strategy, MVVM etc
- Good understanding of .NET technologies C# 4.0 or higher, MVC, WCF, Automated Unit Testing
- Very strong communication skills are required. Must be capable of interacting with solution architects, other technology teams to identify technology opportunities
- Experience working in agile environment.
