SharePoint Administrator - Active Directory (3-7 yrs) (Decent Jobs HR Solutions Pvt Ltd)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Facilitate data migrations to SharePoint from other storage platforms

- Lead the streamlining of file permission changes and audit existing shares to ensure appropriate restrictions are in place

- Take ownership in DLP initiatives

- Assist in daily file management support including file restorations

- Work with other teams to streamline file share locations and design to reduce redundant data and make it easier to locate data

- Design permissions to automate access for frequent employee onboarding and offboarding

- Work with internal and external design teams and stakeholders on implementing SharePoint intranet redesigns

- Create KB articles for knowledge base

- Assist with other Office 365 services as needed

Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field

- 3-5 years- experience in SharePoint Administration specifically in SharePoint online.

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Strong troubleshooting skills

- A strong understanding of Active Directory and identity management systems

- Strong PowerShell abilities

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Graph and Power Automate

- The ability to work independently for long periods of time as well as in a team

- Works well under pressure
