Must-Have/Mandatory -

- Functional understanding and Experience on MS Dynamics Field Services

- Experience in Design and implement MS Dynamics CRM with customer business processes in Field Services work

- Experience in customization, configurations, workflows (OOB, Child, real-time, On-Demand), define and customize workflows/actions, work schedule

- Integrate Dynamics CRM solution into other client's systems like ERP, Intranet, etc.

- MS Dynamics Field Services

- Resco Mobile App

- ASP .NET, C#, .NET, JavaScript

- SQL Server reporting services (SSRS), SSIS

- Web Services, JQuery

- Microsoft SQL DB

- Dynamic 365 portals - HTML, CSS, Liquid

- Microsoft Power Platform

Good-to-Have/Desirable -

- Production support experience and ITIL certification

- Good communication skills

- Good to have any subject related certifications

Key Responsibilities-

1. Manage the applications support operations.

2. Liaise with offshore groups to resolve major issues

3. Act as the primary customer liaison for all risk and audit requirements across the portfolios.

4. Responsible for managing the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure the SLAs are met

5. Responsible for driving continuous service quality improvements through KPIs and productivity improvements by leveraging industry best practices.

6. Responsible for preparing and presenting the weekly and monthly status reports.

7. Responsible for driving Major Incident Management processes for critical incidents impacting business services.

8. Responsible for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
