Technical Skills Requirement:
1. Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 - Functional Knowledge in modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service.
2. Must have knowledge in design/develop and configure Dynamics CRM App/ Power Apps(Model Driven/Canvas).
3. Must have production support experience in Dynamics CRM 365 online.
4. Must have experience in Dynamics 365 CRM online Customization and Configuration.
5. Must have experience in developing and debugging custom C# plugin/workflow(Power Automate) and java scripts.
6. Must have experience in configuring Portals in Dynamics. Must have experience in using Web API in CRM for Interfacing.
7. Ability to handle Azure Devops deployment procedures for Dynamics. Ability to troubleshoot CRM issues independently.
8. Knowledge in Office 365 Power BI Skills (Optional)
Non-Technical Skills :
- Must have excellent teamwork skills balanced with ability to work alone and a positive attitude Must have excellent written, oral communication and documentation skills
- Ability to interface with various Tech Support Teams Problem solving ability Excellent communication Skills.
