Wintel Support Specialist - Active Directory/ServiceNow (4-6 yrs) (Skillmine Technology Consulting)

We are expanding our current operations team and looking for below :

1. L2 / L3 Support for MS Exchange, Office 365 and Active Directory

2. Knowledge of ITSM and using monitoring tools like ServiceNow, HPSM, BMC is required

3. Proficient with ITIL Processes like Event / Incident / Problem mgmt is required

4. Should be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. The role also requires implement Change Requests and Patching activities

6. Experience and Banking & Finance would be added advantage

7. 24x7 availability is required and working 1 week per month in night shift

8. The candidate should have decent english communication skills and able to coordinate and work in a remote team environment

Currently WFH and then working from office post pandemic.
