Responsibilities :
- Develop and design user front ends that provide a best-in-class user experience for Vaso Platform.
- Analyze, Architect, Plan, and Design, Estimate the Delivery of the Feature
- Constant communication with the team to develop and deploy the content - and ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created within Sprint Timelines.
- Help the team on Solutioning part to meet the Objective & FS Requirements
- Monitor the TM's performance and help them to resolve Blockers.
- Code Maintenance, Branch Maintenance & manage Documentations.
- Create and Circulate Feature Development Progress report to Project Manager.
- Participating in Sprint Planning Review Meeting & align the capacity according to Sprint Deliverables.
- Maintaining and auditing code/design quality as per set guidelines and standards in assigned projects.
- Focusing the team to ensure on-time delivery of the agreed task.
- Catch up one-to-one with TMs at least once a month or two months, review personal growth, challenges, take input/feedback, and do the necessary action.
- Provide code review comments to the team & help them improve Code Quality.
- Representing the Frontend team in Standup & War Room Management calls.
- Provide Technical grooming to the team and ensure the doubts are clarified & challenges are addressed.
- Provide Training, KT of the codebase, and coding practices/guidelines to new joiners in the Frontend Team.
- Plan and support knowledge Transfer sessions with Internal TM's
- Assign the tasks to the team based on complexity and expertise.
- Alert the Project manager & PM Team in advance in case of blockers/ delay in deliverables.
- Seek the help of a Technical Architect/ any other source in case of any solutioning clarifications.
- Innovate and implement new Software Development practices
- Code clean up and resolving Application loopholes
- JIRA Task creation through. CSV Upload to save time.
- RCA on bugs reported by QA/UAT.
- Low-Level Design Document Implementation for all TM's to validate the understanding of Functional SPEC.
- Build Appropriate Automated Unit Testing Tools & Implement Unit Testing Process
- Actively participating in Scenario discussions & provide Development Solutions.
- Come up with proper Impact Analysis & appropriate Solutioning for any given Functional requirement.
- POC on Best practices in Software Development to integrate it in Vaeso Ecosystem.
Qualifications & Knowledge :
A) Must-Have :
- Multiple years of work experience with object-oriented programming, agile, and scrum
- 3-5 Years of Bootstrap specialization
- 3-5 Years of experience in React JS and Node JS
- UI testing frameworks like Jest
- JavaScript, HTML5, CSS 3 and mobile responsiveness
- Continuous Integration (Jenkins)
- Design thinking (engineering problem solutioning and ability to implement using tools)
Visual Studio
B) Nice to Have :
- Full-stack web testing and development (front-end, back-end, database)
- Java, Spring, Maven, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Git
- Selenium automation of Chrome
- Jira
- Minimum knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
