Sharepoint Developer - Power BI/PowerApps/Power Automate (3-5 yrs) (Yojana Organics)

Role : SharePoint Developer - Complete WFH Opportunity

Description :

Our client is seeking SharePoint Developer experienced in SharePoint Online including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, development. This person should have expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Apps and flows development and knowledge about migration and Nintex form and workflow.

Skills : Must have Power Apps (1 + years) + SharePoint developer ( 3+ years)

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop SharePoint Online applications and solutions (Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI).

- Design solutions based upon business requirements and user specification.

- Prepare technical solutions as well as review technical solutions.

- Ensure delivery of quality solutions

- Incorporate best practices, design patterns/principles, and web standards into all aspects of applications and support.

- Guide/coach other team members in delivering the solution

- Work with on-site team in completing the day to day development activities

- Provide production support as and when required

- Provide knowledge transition to other team members on need basis

- Strive to be up to date in best practices, development methods and technologies

- Document code consistently throughout the development and/or enhancement process

- Maintain extensive documentation for all projects with relevant Viavi resources

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired.

- Highly desirable experience building Office 365 solutions including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online.

- Expert knowledge of building web parts, apps, page layouts and content types using the O365 API.

- Experience using JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, HTML5 and CSS3.

- Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.

- Working Experience with AGILE methodology is a must.

- Candidate should have excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills

- Candidate must be the quintessential team player and a highly skilled communicator.

- Solid business process/requirements analysis and re-engineering, module set up and configuration, documentation, ability to spec customizations and knowledge transfer experience required

- Solid working knowledge of software development life cycles.

- Understanding of all key ITIL processes is a plus

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business challenges and determine final business requirements

- Experience in identifying gaps and areas for process improvement, and acting to close those gaps

- Must have experience in analyzing complex system requirements, critical business processes and information systems

- Must have experience of translating business requirements into solutions, preparing technical specifications, coding, testing, debugging and documenting software programs of varying complexity following the predefined standards and best practices
