Job Requirements :
- Provide support as a Microsoft Vendor to the different MS Dynamics 365 customers across APAC and another region.
- Understand customer issues for the product d365 F and O.
- Triage customers bug and report the bug on the respective tool.
- Communicate with Microsoft core team and provide the update on respective issues.
- Handled service now to identify new customer cases.
- Provided support on various advisory cases related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality.
- Collaborated with technical consultants and other project team members to ensure the functional specifications identified have been met.
- Communicate with Users and provide them training on new changes on the product.
- Prepared detailed FDD and test the same after development.
