Information Technology provides internal information technology solutions and support for ZS, including custom enterprise Web and ERP applications, IT infrastructure and technology support.

D365 ADMINISTRATOR

The Dynamics 365 Administrator will be a member of our Enterprise Systems team. The primary purpose of this position is to monitor and administer Dynamics applications, L1 troubleshooting (w/escalations to L2 and L3 as appropriate), maintain our documentation on issues, changes to application, and points of contact internally and externally. Another important aspect to this role is integrations with other applications.

Responsibilities

- Support & maintain Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

- Perform administrative tasks necessary to maintain a healthy Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations environment.

- Manage the movement of customizations from one environment to another.

- Configure and troubleshoot data imports in the Data Management workspace, deploying aggregate measurements to the Entity Store, and working with data in Excel.

- Conduct routine hardware and software audits of servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines

- Configure security roles, troubleshoot access issues and move security configurations between environments.

- Configure and schedule batch jobs, distribute your batch processing load, and send alerts when jobs fail.

- Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.

- Deploying updates and refreshing test environments.

- Keeping up to date and informed on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O application patches.

- Monitor quality and performance of applications through testing and maintenance

- Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or any other related field.

- 4+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Dynamic 365.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience required, including experience upgrading D365 F&O environments.

- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Configuration and its System Administration using Life Cycle Services (LCS)

- Experience in creating requirements specifications based on Architecture/ Design / Detailing of ERP Business Processes.

- Knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O productivity tools such as alerts, Document Management, WCF, Email, Setting Help Server and Workflows is must.

- Should have hands-on experience in using the monitoring and diagnostics tools available in Lifecycle Services to troubleshoot issues and tune your environment.

- Good understanding of batch framework, how to configure and schedule batch jobs, distribute your batch processing load, and send alerts when jobs fail.

- Experience with features in Power Platform, and concepts of the Common Data Service (CDS) and the Common Data Model (CDM).

- Knowledge of how Dynamics 365 can integrate with other products within and outside the Microsoft Stack, and to provide a holistic solution for integrations or reporting purposes, is also crucial.

- Highly self-motivated, excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision.

- Can hold team and self responsible for maintaining the highest possible performance standards and meeting agreed upon commitments even under difficult circumstances.

- Takes responsibility for outcomes of actions and decisions.
