Job role :

The System Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of various technologies managed by the IT Department. The incumbent will focus on the administration of the end user devices and phone infrastructure to include desktop and laptop PC's, servers, network equipment, and software applications. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help desk request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level.

Essential Job Functions :

- Installs, configures, and maintains personal computers, Windows workstations, file servers, Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrades and configures laptops, desktops, cell phones, tablets, hot spots, printers, and related equipment.

- Performs software and application, installation, and upgrades; maintains site licenses for department/organization.

- Monitors, plans, and coordinates the distribution of client software and service packs.

- Performs on-site and remote technical support.

- Assists in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.

- Develops and conducts various training and instruction for system users on operating systems, relational databases, and other applications; assists users in maximizing use of networks and computing systems.

- Creates and maintains good technical documentation.

- Provides emergency on-call support.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Able to see the office 365 issues with employees

- Office 365 migrations is an added advantage
