1. Business process consulting.

2. Customer interviews and information.

3. Project management and Change management.

4. Managing conference room pilots.

5. Performing staff and user training

6. Project status communication with customer and HSO management.

Skills required :

1. Logical thinking skills and methodical approach to work.

2. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Architect.

3. Microsoft D365 implementation and integration experience is preferable.

4. Posses both technical and functional expertise.

5. Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
