Simple Logic - IT System Administrator - CCNA/VMware (3-6 yrs) (Simple Logic IT Pvt Ltd)

Looking for a System Administrator who will be responsible for managing Internal Network Infra + Windows Environment (Servers, Desktop, Laptops, Printers) + Linux Administration and client management if required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Support Network and Windows services to ensure the highest standards of availability resilience, integrity, security and performance required by Users / business.

- Install, configure and maintain Network, Manageable Switch, Normal Switch, Vlan-configuration troubleshooting.

- Administration, performance monitoring, reporting, and root cause analysis

- Implement, maintain Network design, creation, backups and recovery

-Installation, up gradation and maintenance of Network systems.

- Able to manage the Network, Internet environments for multiple ISP connections (Lease line, Broadband and Data Cards)

- Assist with high availability of Network.

- Setting up user profiles, ldap, domains & workgroups

- Setting & monitoring IP & other network traffic with firewalls.

- Should be able to manage all audit and network activity log for investigation.

- Open to work & grasp other related technologies like UNIX, Linux and Windows.

- Should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.

- Should have worked with the ticketing system, call logging process.

- Should have experience with implementing internal IT system.

- Quick to understand the root cause of issues.

- Experience with client management.

- Should have experience with team development / management.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Introduce, maintain & update system, network, backup policies.

- Should be ready to learn, upgrade and acquire new skills around sys admin functions.

Education, Experience and Skills:

- B.SC, BCA, BE/B.Tech, M.Sc, MCA, ME, CCNA. Red Hat certified preferred.

- Around 5 years- experience in a similar role.

- Should be ready to work in a 24- 7 environment.

- Should be adaptive to learn new technologies.

- Should be a keen learner on new / skill upgradation with an eye on setting up and improving internal systems, process and documentation.

- Should possess good written and verbal communication skills.

- Should know about Network, Windows and should have experience on Network Administration.

- Good knowledge of VMware workstation ESXi.

- Good knowledge and experience of VM's.

- Creating VM's

- Configuring VM's

- Configuring Network on VMs

- Creating a clone

- Deleting VMs with back Or without backup.

- Good knowledge and experience of Linux OS ( CentOs 6, 7, Ubuntu).

- Good knowledge and experience of SFTP server.

- Good knowledge of SMTP mail server.

- Good knowledge of G suite administration.

- Good knowledge of Office 365.
