Responsibilities :
- Works day to day with development/QA team to provide solutions for business problems
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 product suite
- Strong hands-on experience with D365 Marketing module
- Experience to integrate the Dynamics 365 platform with internal systems
- Hands on experience to configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications using Forms, Native and Custom Entities, Plugins (JavaScript, C#), Microsoft Flows, PowerBI, and PowerApps
- Experience with working on relational databases
- Experience on any of the scripting language, JavaScript is preferred
- Experience on creating templates with HTML, CSS.
- Experience on Microsoft Power Automate is preferred
- Experience on Adobe Campaign is preferred
- Must be an expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with over 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of how it integrates with other technologies such as Outlook, Exchange, etc.
Required experience with these Dynamics 365 modules : Sales, Event Management and Marketing platforms
- Dynamics 365 Certification will be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills on both business and technical subjects consultants
- Execute assigned responsibilities in a manner consistent with client solution
