Technical Service Desk Analyst - Windows Server (4-6 yrs) (Multirecruit)

As a responsible Service Desk Analyst, you need to provide a high level of customer service to our clients across a wide variety of incidents and service requests.

- Provide both service transition functions and ongoing support activities, as well as assist in the development of Service Desk processes and procedures where required.

- Provide support activities including Provisioning, Incident, and Change Management across a wide range of technologies.

- Provide an effective and efficient Service Desk that serves as a central point of contact between end-users and the Information Services for the reporting and resolution of incidents and service requests.

- Co-ordination and Interaction with business users via different modes of communication.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding and experience supporting Windows 7 / Above and other Operating Systems.

- Strong understanding and experience supporting Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016

- Strong understanding and experience supporting Office 365

- Strong understanding and experience supporting Office 2007-2016

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and User Permissions

- Basic understanding of network concepts and ability to perform basic network troubleshooting.

- Installation and configuration of PC peripherals

- Strong Analytical & problem-solving skills

- Strong and fluent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

- Ability to take direction or/and work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong time management and ability to manage to shift priorities

- Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-tasking.

Desirable Skills :

- Experience with two-factor authentication such as Duo or Okata

- Knowledge of any CRM applications or any Software as a Service (SaaS) application

- Working Knowledge in any Service Desk Ticketing Tool

- Hands-on experience on Microsoft Exchange 2007/2016

- Understanding of SCCM

- Understanding of Android and iPhone configuration

- Able to prepare end-user and/or technical documentation

- MCSE / MCSA / CCNA / CCNP Certifications
