Platform Engineer - MS Exchange/Office 365 (4-8 yrs) (MMC)

Desirable Experience and Capability :

- Years of experience, At least 4-5 yrs of relevant experience working in large scale email and collaboration technology roles with evidence of experience of on-premise Microsoft Exchange operations at scale more recent and 0365 experience

- Overall 5-8 yrs experience in IT development or operational roles Required Criteria

- Supporting & configuring Exchange 2016+ (Hybrid & Online) / Active Directory / Office 365 / AAD Connect

- Delivering & supporting complex Email architectures, & specific bespoke solutions

- Application h&s on design & development using MS toolsets & platforms.

- Business orientation - presentation & workshop skills

- Root cause analysis & diagnostic examinations to resolve client issues

- SMTP mail flow - understanding EOP & SMTP application gateways

- DNS - MX, A, PTR, SPF, DKIM & DMARC records

- PowerShell Scripting knowledge, using scripting to automate processes.

- ITSM - knowledge & use of Service management toolsets such as ServiceNow

- Exchange RBAC model & delegation rights including Azure application delivery, (EWS & Graph API delegation & direct permissions models)

- Office 365 admin settings for Exchange, Directory Synchronization, MIM & the road map

- Brokerage solutions for O365 & Azure, incl. abstraction layers for automation.

- Exchange Architecture for messaging On Premise, Hybrid & Online

- Client Access Servers, Mailbox server configuration, incl. high availability options
