American Express Global Card Network Platform authorizes and processes all of the companys customer card transactions. The Card Network platform is the critical back bone for all of American Express card transactions, and is a near real time low latency system that is always available and highly resilient, processing transactions from around the world 24x7, 365 days a year.

You will be part of a fast-paced team responsible for developing and delivering products and components focused on application security. You will be challenged with identifying innovative ideas and proof of concept to deliver against the existing and future needs.


Responsibilities include :


- Preparing and documenting test cases and test plans by understanding the product goals.


- Executing test cases (manual or automated), analyzing and documenting test outcome.


- Creating defects and ensure prioritization by working with development teams. Monitor and track resolution of defects, coordinating with scrum teams in order to prevent, report, and resolve them


- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing and help in troubleshooting issues


- Design, monitor and analyzes test results and provide quality metrics such as KPIs, defect counts, etc.


- Drive opportunities to adopt innovative testing technologies and techniques


Minimum Qualifications :


- At least 3 years of experience in manual and/or automated quality testing experience with Web Applications.


- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners


- Proven ability in preparing and executing test cases in an Agile development


- Attention to detail. Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude


- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.


- Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Puppeteer is preferred.

- Experience with testing in distributed, highly available application is preferred.
