Office 365 Manager - VMware/Cloud (5-8 yrs) (ScaleneWorks)

Lead the email, collaboration tools on O365 environment and MDM (VmVare) for the organization and continue to evolve with fast paced requirements by engaging with OEM and vendor partners.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage Office 365 Unified messaging system.

- Support the messaging environment in the Cloud (Office 365).

- Query Exchange environment using the Office 365 Command online tool.

- Implement and support security policies

- Manage problem resolution to a satisfactory completion by keeping abreast of assigned tickets and following the proper escalation processes via ticketing system (Service Now).

- Review, test, and make recommendations for standard email practices.

- Experience with supporting anti-spam filtering, logging and email tracking and transport rules.

- Primary On-site support for Office 365 issues.

- Support Single Sign-On using Active Directory Federation Services

- Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting.

- Develop scripts for automating processes within the environment.

- Support audit and compliance requirements

- Manage user's mobile devices through our MDM solutions (AirWatch)

- Troubleshoot active sync issues with mobile devices.

- Troubleshoot issues with Skype for Business

- Rollout new, not used modules across the organization post evaluation from compliance & securitySupport creation of security and distribution groups in Active Directory

- Create user guides and instructional documents for end-users.

- Provided mobility

- Manage license assignment

- Configure mobile phones (Android, Windows Phone, Apple iOS) for exchange mail.

- Provide tablet support (iPad, Kindle, Android, Microsoft Surface Pro)

- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT teams, stakeholders for resolution

- Communicate and remedy support issues with business teams

- Work with MS and onsite partner to ensure closure on issues /queries

- Lead and assist in assessment of upgrades and testing during system upgrades and patches and maintain, patch and services

- Collaborate with 3rd party vendor to drive system enhancements as required

- Troubleshoots systems and integration issues by identifying root cause

- Oversees required fix so that problems are not repeated.


- Identifies process improvement or automation opportunities by reviewing process with end users, documenting the as-is and to-be processes

- Liaison between vendors and/or IT and end users for minor changes to processes and systems, as well as break/fix follow up to ensure completion.
