Platform & Storage Lead - IT Infrastructure (14-16 yrs) (Response Informatics Ltd)

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

- Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies like - Storage, Databases, OS - Microsoft Azure, Windows Servers & Linux, Informatica. Exposure on Nutanix & Rubrik is an added advantage.

- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems

- A clear understanding of core Cloud Computing services is highly crucial.

- Understanding of the basic functioning of Networking, Databases, Software, and Servers in the Cloud.

- Basic Microsoft knowledge is mandatory. Experience in using products such as PowerShell and Office 365

- Should have expertise in any one of the programming languages. Basic knowledge in open- source frameworks such as ASP.NET and programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL Server, and HTML5 is preferable.

- Deploying and Configuring Virtual Networks.

- Orchestrating Routing Paths, especially in a Hybrid Cloud.

- Managing Public and Private IP addresses for your VMs and selected other Azure resources.

- Continuously analyze current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement

- Prepare cost benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, continuously analyzing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs

- Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed

- Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups

- Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in technology or computer science

- 10+ years experience in IT management

- Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MS Exchange, Active Directory, and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring

- Expertise with implementing, configuring, and testing solutions
