Job Description :

- Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections.

- Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals

- Test computers to ensure the proper functioning of computer systems.

- Conduct remote troubleshooting.

- Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue.

- Train end users on the usage of computer hardware and software.

- Provide training for office 365

- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.

- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.

- Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives.

- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs.

- Record technical issues and solutions in logs/Internal

- Provide documentation for tickets via Manage Engine Service Desk Plus

- Provide remote support via Manage Engine remote tool

Requirements :

- International Voice (Technical Support Level 3) experience in providing Technical Support to International Customers

- Knowledge of Enterprise network (cloud Firewalls, traffic flow)

- Ability to provide high-level support in installing, optimizing, maintaining, and securing Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, in-house and hosted Microsoft Exchange environments, and Azure.

- Experience in MSP environments.

- Experience in Azure

- Expert level in O365, Azure AD, Exchange

- Advanced computer knowledge (Windows operating system, Hyper-V, VMware, etc.).

- Experience with Citrix and PowerShell 


- Familiarity with Cisco Networks is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments.
