Kaptura Technologies - Technical Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (5-8 yrs) (Kaptura Technologies Pvt Ltd.)

- At least 5-8 years of ERP development experience specifically in Microsoft D365.

- At least completed 2 full cycle project implementation in the current version of D365FO platform.

- Must have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Information Technology

- Has a proven track record of providing technical consultancy and delivering complex, full life-cycle implementation, upgrade, extensibility, performance optimization, integration, data migration, security, and support of D365/AX in a consultancy role

- Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 and AX application stack and server architecture, web services, security, cloud, and infrastructure

- Experience with Visual Studio, X++ programming language, .NET, C#, Application Lifecycle Model (ALM), XML, Azure, AIF, and MDX

- Strong knowledge of coding standards and methodologies

- Desire to learn and implement Microsoft Azure solutions

- Experience in business intelligence and reporting using Power BI, PowerApp, Flow, and Common Data Services (CDS)

- Experience in two or more functional areas in Finance, Supply Chain (T&L), Manufacturing, Professional Services, Service Management, Transportation, Talent, HR/Payroll, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, and others

- Current Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and Azure certifications or the ability to obtain after joining within 90 days of employment

- Strong advisory and presentation skills

- Ability to communicate effectively to client stakeholders and all levels within the organization

- Passion for learning and developing technical and functional skills

- Flexibility to travel up to 20-40% onsite for short term assignments.
