Senior System Administrator - Windows/Mac/Security/SSO (5-10 yrs) (Benchire)

Position : Sr. System Admin

Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore

Job Description:

- Provide employees with timely, professional, efficient and effective technical expertise on system and network support.

- Support cloud/enterprise IT solutions (infrastructure, security, backup, and storage)

- Perform system installation, configuration and administration on multiple operating system platforms (e.g. Windows, macOS, Unix variants)

- Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.

- IT experience in IT Solutions or System Integration (SI) vendor or as IT or System engineer.

- Basic knowledge of LAN or WAN, systems, virtualization, and networking concepts.

- Good knowledge in Windows OS, Office installation and troubleshooting skills.

- Hands- on experience with network equipment such as switches, firewalls, etc.

- Understanding of SSO tools like OKTA, SAML integrations, Gsuite management, RBAC, etc

- Good verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Strong business acumen with strong interests in keeping up- to- date with current technologies.

- Ability to learn quickly and strong customer service skills are essential.

- Good analytical and problem- solving skills.
